Today I focused on sanding and clear coating the rear tray to bring out the worlds coolest patina. As I said to Roger “It takes a truckload of effort to make it look this old!”. We also sanded and clear coated the side steps.
Peter Dobbs came over and helped with some grinding, sanding and clear coating which was appreciated. Roger has the brakes sorted, the shocks on, the leaf springs nearly done and was fabricating a panel in the engine bay. It’s looking great, all the new brake lines look awesome!
We’re waiting for a few things to turn up in the post then we’ll be reassembling and going for a Vin. We will add seatbelts but I’ll get the Vin sorted first then sort that out.
